An outstanding HR Consultant with plenty of knowledge and phenomenal application skills, Julian has produced growth within and supported many fortune 500 companies including Xerox, ADP, Seagate Technology, Cintas, and General Motors. Also, Julian has supported clients in, Asia, Europe, China, Ireland, Dominican Republic and well over 30 countries in Africa.

One of Julian’s most notable achievements came during his tenure as Corporate Human Resource Director for Laurel Baye Health Care, a post-acute long term care provider with eight locations in the southeast region. In his first year, he achieved a corporate savings of over $1,000,000 million dollars through improved management of their agency and overtime policies and practices. Additionally, Julian’s role as a Human Resource leader for major corporations in California and Colorado included the successful re-engineering of the Human Resources department goals and practices in better alignment with the business goals and objectives. He was also instrumental in leading Human Resources to become a strategic business partner.   As a result of this partnership, Julian was able to assist an enterprise through many organizational and compensation changes. Julian is astute in identifying areas in need of improvement with the vision to develop and implement successful action plans.

Julian has a BS in Business Administration, is a certified Organization Design/Organization Development Consultant, and is a certified Six Sigma Brown belt.
